Position:

Junior PHP Engineer

Description:

Buyer with a strong media and advertising foundation. The role will plan, present, execute, and optimize media strategies across Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals, conducting research to identify optimal channels, determining budget allocation, advising internal teams, overseeing paid media campaign execution and management, managing external vendors, tracking KPIs (leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, web traffic, form fills), analyzing data for optimizations, generating regular reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the advertising agency environment.

Strong project management skills are essential.

Demonstrated experience in digital media planning and buying with a focus on performance marketing.

In-depth knowledge of digital media channels and platforms is required.

Expertise in tracking and analyzing campaign performance data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in media planning and buying tools.
