Job Description

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support operations in processing subcontractors certificates of insurance, subcontract agreements, process contract documents utilizing DocuSign workflow, provide field personnel with pending or delinquent subcontract documents, initiate subcontract payments, upload and maintain documents in the electronic filing system.
  • Support the estimating department in doing subcontractor background checks and maintain pre-qualification data base.
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining company database with subcontractor information.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of construction and engineering terminology.
  • General knowledge of construction insurance and bonding terminology.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Textura CPM and Textura PQM.
  • Able to work with well with others.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience working in an office setting.
