Applied AI Engineer (Audio)
Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite
Compensation: $150,000 - $220,000/year + Bonus + Equity
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Applied AI Engineer to develop and fine-tune AI/ML models for advanced audio analysis and detection. This role is ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI-powered fraud prevention and working on multi-modal AI solutions that process audio, video, text, and images in real time.
Key Responsibilities

• Train and optimize deep learning models for audio processing and classification.
• Implement state-of-the-art techniques for speech recognition, anomaly detection, and adversarial robustness.
• Automate ML workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring for high-performance AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to enhance real-time AI security applications.
  

Qualifications

• Master's, Ph.D., or equivalent experience in AI, ML, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills, especially in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Experience working with audio-based AI models, such as speech recognition, signal processing, or classification.
• Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning AI models for audio detection tasks.
• Bonus: Experience with large-scale foundation models like wav2vec or HuBERT.
