HVAC Service Manager - Field Supervisor

**Key Qualifications:**
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC-related experience or training; relevant education background considered.
- Proficient in HVAC and building automation systems processes.
- Previous experience managing union employees is an asset (non-union management role).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet varying deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
