Are you detail-oriented with a passion for organization? Honda World, a leading Honda dealership in Westminster, is looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our vehicle inventory, ensuring all stock is accurately tracked, organized, and readily available. Your work will help keep the dealership running smoothly and ensure that our customers have access to the best selection of vehicles. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and has a keen eye for detail, this is a great opportunity for you!
Inventory Specialist Key Responsibilities
Manage and track incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory
Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed, organized, and ready for sale
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain accuracy
Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure proper documentation is completed
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure inventory is updated regularly
Provide support in other areas of the dealership as needed

Qualifications
Inventory Specialist Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in inventory management is a plus, but not required
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
