Key Responsibilities:

• Document Editing: Review and edit PDFs and Word documents with precision, focusing on typos, numbers, and lease markups to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Legal Billing Support: Manage billing tasks efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the legal team.
• Software Utilization: Leverage tools like Timeslips and NetDocuments to streamline processes. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a cohesive and supportive team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What the Role Requires:

• Experience: Proven background in legal billing and document editing is essential. Leasing experience is highly preferred, but we’re open to training candidates with the right foundation.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Timeslips and NetDocuments is a strong advantage.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to editing and managing documents is critical.
• Positive Attitude: A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive and friendly environment.
