Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our crew. Think you can juggle compliance, staff management, and a smile? Then you might just be the superhero we need!

LNHA Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home to ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety, resident rights, and quality of care.
• Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
• Collaborate with medical staff, residents, and their families to ensure individualized care plans are effectively implemented.
• Oversee the budget and financial operations of the facility, including managing expenses and optimizing resources.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement among staff.

LNHA Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania LNHA license (superpowers optional, but preferred).
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Stellar leadership, communication, and people skills.
