As a PCA, you will work directly with residents in their apartments, providing essential care, assisting with daily living activities, and fostering a safe, healthy environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and make a significant impact by delivering personalized care. Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene needs
Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
Assist with household tasks like laundry, meal planning, and light cleaning
Ensure medication compliance with reminders and basic administration
Create a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents
Document services and changes in client condition

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a team setting with a caring, patient-focused attitude
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Reliable transportation
