osition Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, with a particular focus on sourcing and hiring top talent within the industrial/construction sectors.

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Actively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.
Craft compelling and engaging recruitment materials, such as job descriptions and email communications, to attract top talent.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and priorities.
Prepare candidate shortlists and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and address candidate inquiries regarding benefits and employment terms.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Proactive Talent Acquisition:

Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines for critical roles within the industrial/construction sectors.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring within the industrial/construction industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve hiring targets.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
