Description of the role:
Premier Automotive of Atlanta LLC is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Buford, Georgia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our automotive products and services to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Attending product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes”, and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
- Maintains professional appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- No prior experience or training, but Previous dealership experience is a huge plus!
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
