Job Description

We are looking for an experienced( 9+ years) SAP APO / PPDS Technical Consultant to join our IT Digital S&OP team . The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting SAP PPDS solutions within S/4HANA and integrated planning systems.

You will act as a key interface between IT and Supply Chain teams , supporting production planning, capacity planning, and demand-driven execution while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Enablement & Support

Implement and support SAP PP / PPDS planning processes
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Provide functional support for production planning and execution
Monitor system performance, adoption, and planning accuracy

Strategic Partnership & Delivery

Serve as IT point of contact for S&OP and Production Planning
Align IT initiatives with business strategy and operational goals
Drive digital transformation across planning functions

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process optimization
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams
Facilitate clear communication between IT and business stakeholders

Techno-Functional Expertise Required:

Master Planning (PP-MP), Demand Management, Long-Term Planning
Capacity Planning (PP-CRP), MRP, Repetitive Manufacturing (PP-REM)
Assembly-to-Order (LO-ASM), Process Industries (PP-PI)
Strong integration knowledge with MM / SD (ATP, STO, Purchase Info Records)
Deep understanding of manufacturing master data:
- BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions
Experience working with integrated systems, interfaces, and custom objects
Exposure to Incident & Problem Management in end-user environments

Mandatory Note (DO NOT SKIP):

This role is based in Hyderabad, India and requires onsite presence 3 days per week .
