Job Description

Our client, a well-established company, is looking to hire a Senior Staff Accountant to start right away! We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated professionals with strong accounting skills to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Assist with month-end close processes and general ledger analysis.
• Process financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting systems.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries related to financial records.
• Research discrepancies and support compliance efforts.
• Assist with internal audits and reporting for leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset.
