We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that support business processes and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019.
Build SharePoint components such as lists, libraries, pages, web parts, workflows, and site collections.
Develop solutions using Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps , and Power BI for business process automation and reporting.
Customize SharePoint sites using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API .
Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications and ensure optimal performance.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Ensure data security, permissions, and governance are enforced.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality and performance.
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) .
Experience with SPFx, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), HTML/CSS, JSON, REST API .
Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and permission management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API , Azure Logic Apps, and Office 365 integration.
Experience with tools like Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting .
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Developer Associate .
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Understanding of information architecture and UX best practices in SharePoint.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Note: Experience and exposure to cloud-based SharePoint development and Microsoft Teams integration is a strong plus.
