Project Manager

Description:

Analytics , a data lake platform, master data management (MDM), data integration, data conversion, data quality, data architecture, data modeling, data literacy, and data governance. Data is one of our most valuable assets, and we strive to become a more data-literate and data-driven organization.

This position will work on a small, collaborative team that uses agile practices to deliver value to our business partners. The role involves providing leadership and agile project management for data-related projects, working closely with technical teams, business partners, and stakeholders.

We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager / Scrum Master . Our team is responsible for BI and related data initiatives.

Requirements:

Must have experience in agile methodologies .

Experience leading projects for business intelligence and data warehousing.

Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices.

Minimum 5 years as a project manager in agile technical projects and large enterprise-level projects.

Nice to have: Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), using Jira, PMP certification.

Ability to coordinate data management software upgrades and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

Solid understanding of and experience with agile project management tools such as Jira.

- Minimum 5 years in a Scrum Master role, especially in BI
- Defining project scope and schedule
- Leading project status and working meetings
- Preparing and distributing progress reports
- Managing risks and issues
- Delivery planning
- Team development experience, direct and monitor work efforts, and escalate issues appropriately
- Sufficient technical experience with data management and analytics
- Provide leadership for release management and team progress
- Experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple agile teams using Scrum
