Phone Game Strong? Join Us as a Tax Investigation Agent!

Location: In-Person | Irvine, CA | Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM

Do you love being on the phone, have a way with words, and actually enjoy helping people? We're looking for someone reliable, well-spoken, and ready to learn —whether you've got experience in tax case management, customer service , or you're just a confident communicator who wants to get into something new.

No tax relief background? No worries.
We offer paid training —we'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

If you do have a CAF#, CTEC, or PTIN, that's a bonus—but definitely not required.

What You'll Do:

• Call the IRS on behalf of our clients (we'll show you how)

• Pull transcripts, prep case summaries, and support our case management team

• Be the first step in helping clients turn their financial situation around— no face-to-face contact needed!

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in tax , customer service , or phone-based roles is a plus

• But again, no experience? That's okay—we'll train you!

• Clear and confident phone presence

• Organized, dependable, and great with follow-through

• CAF#, CTEC, or PTIN? Awesome—but totally optional

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM

• In-person only at our Irvine, CA office (no remote work)

• Overtime/weekend hours available for those who want to boost their earnings
