Job Description
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and motivated teachers to join our team and help guide infants and toddlers' social, emotional, physical, linguistic, and cognitive development. As an infant/toddler teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment both indoors and outdoors. You'll develop personalized goals for each child, monitor their progress, and assist with their transition into the educational setting. Building strong relationships with parents is essential, and we encourage their active involvement in the developmental journey of their children. You will also engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.

Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Child Development with a focus on Infant and Toddler Development.
At least two years of successful experience as an infant/toddler teacher or caregiver (grades Pre-K through 12).
Basic computer skills.
Florida State Teacher Certification.
Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Capacity to supervise children both indoors and outdoors.
Valid Driver's License, personal vehicle, and liability insurance required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Early Childhood Education models and standards.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Kinesiology, or Early Childhood Education.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide direct educational support to a cohort of youth, guiding their development and learning.
Foster cultural sensitivity and tailor educational interventions to each child's needs, based on assessments made at the time of enrollment.
Attend and supervise educational field trips.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and development sessions.
Occasionally travel to different locations across the United States with youth under the age of 14.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
