BCI Broadcast Division is seeking a talented and creative  Creative Services Producer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality TV and web commercials, on-air spots, digital marketing content, and special projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit content for clients in the greater Lima area.
• Conduct on-location video shoots, including recording audio and managing lighting.
• Support the News Department with on-air programming, handling camera operation, mic’ing guests, and other remote production duties.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Innovate and push creative boundaries while adhering to branding and client guidelines.

What You Bring:

• A college degree in media production or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of video production experience
• Ability to work daytime hours with flexibility to accommodate weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong experience with non-linear editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Proven video production skills.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio techniques (a plus).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
